Future cars are great and there are a lot of directions to develop. However, to be practical, the hybrid seems to be the easiest and the fastest to implement. A new kind of hybrid car is the hydraulic hybrid vehicle. Check out his video about hybrids:

Green Future Cars: Battery Exchange Stations

The infrastructure for green future cars is constantly developing. Better Place, a California company that makes Battery exchange stations will be starting to build exchange stations in Japan. They already have agreements to build in the San Franciso Bay area, Hawaii, Australia, Israel and Denmark.

This is so exciting because it it really enables Green Future cars to be implemented. Electric cars can only travel about 100 mile on one charge. That’s OK for short trips, but with the exchange stations Ev‘s can be the major car, used for even long trips

In 1996 Gm produced and sold electric cars (future cars) in California. These cars rode well, fast and pollution free. Then GM took them off the rode and destroyed most of them. Why?

Because there are still lots of oil to be used and the oil industry can make lots of money without future cars. Now 12 years later electric cars just are starting to come out.

Future cars. My daddy always said that the more features there are on a car the more there is to break down. He also said that it’s not good to buy the newest model because the first owners get all of the problems, which are then fixed for later models.

But I guess that if you’re really into these cars, or you really want the status of having the newest, then you’re willing to pay the price.

Clean Fuel-solar is my choice!

Clean fuels; I like solar energy and wind power. They come completely from G-d. You don’t have to grow them like biofuels or mine them like oil. They will never run out, not while we’re around anyway. And they are relatively inexpensive to produce. that’s the best of clean fuels

Future cars are leaping forward with the San Francisco bay municipality’s deal to put a billion dollars into constructing infrastructure. They expect that within 4 years electric cars will be standard there. Those Californians are amazing.

Future cars will no longer be sold on basis of performance, power, warranties, amenities, etc. Auto manufacturers know that most cars offer more or less equal abilities on performance, power etc. Therefore, they are turning to car design as the major distinguishing factor between car and brands.

In other words its becoming very surface oriented. Design is nice and cool, but the main thing is how the car runs, how long it lasts, is it reliable etc. However, for those of us who are interested in Green cars, it is very important to notify the manufacturers, and not to buy conventional cars. Remember, the car manufacturers do what is good for them. If we vote with our car purchases, they will eventually produce green future cars out of lack of choice.

Solar cars have photovoltaic cells which absorb photons from sunlight. This action creates heat, which the cells then changes into electrical energy and stores in a battery. This conversion process is known as the photovoltaic effect.

GM put out an electric car called the EV1 that got 100-150 miles per charge in the late 1990s.

They then stopped producing the electric car and destroyed all of their inventory. There was a movie about it called “who killed the electric car.” That’s why the “big 3″ deserve to go bankrupt
